Effective October 4, 2026. This policy explains what information this site collects, why, and who it is shared with.
Information you give us
When you send the estimate form, we collect your name, phone number and/or email address, your preferred contact method, the property ZIP code, the type of property, the reason for your request, your message, the page you sent it from, and the date and time. We also record that you agreed to the consent statement on the form.
How we use and share it
We use your details to respond to your request. We share the details you submit with a turf installer so they can respond to your request and arrange an estimate. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Information collected automatically
This site is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person, and Cloudflare may process technical data such as your IP address and browser details to provide hosting, security and that check. We also record simple, anonymous events, such as a form being started or a cost estimate being shown, with the page and time but no personal details. We may use Cloudflare's privacy-first traffic statistics. We don't use advertising cookies.
Service providers
Cloudflare hosts this site, stores form submissions and sends us an email notice when a request arrives. These providers process data on our behalf to run the service.
How long we keep it
We keep request details for as long as we need them to respond and keep records of requests, and delete them when they are no longer needed or when you ask us to, unless we must keep them by law.
Your choices
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing [email protected]. Please don't send payment details, ID numbers or other sensitive information through the form.
Children
This site is meant for adults planning work on their own property. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top of this page.
